How rough is the scrub?

Medium, and fine-particle only. Cosmetic black sand does the tactile work, fine oatmeal softens the profile, and kaolin clay adds slip. Textured, never sharp — no sanding block in soap form.

Why sea salt and black sand?

Fine sea salt adds a light mineral polish and black sand is the primary scrub — both kept low on purpose so the lather stays creamy. It's a mineral bar with the Tacoma coastline built into it.

Does it have a scent?

No. This one ships unscented — zero added fragrance. Just goat milk, oat, mineral, and clay. If you want scent, that's the Bonneville Salt Bar.

Is this an everyday bar or a once-in-a-while thing?

Every other day, max. It's a scrub bar — going at it daily is overkill and you'll dry yourself out. Use the Mechanic on the off days, then come back to this when you need a real reset.

Goat milk again — what's the actual benefit?

It's the buffer. All that grit needs something to balance it, and goat milk's lactic acid plus natural fats keep your skin from getting torn up. Smooth and scrubbed, not raw. That's the trick.
